Welcome to the Engineering Division's bidding and RFP page. Bids and RFP's offered by other departments and divisions within the City will be posted on the host department's web site, with links on this page. The information and documents below pertain to Engineering projects only.

When projects are advertised for bid by the Engineering Division, they will be advertised here as well as in the Daily Journal of Commerce. Application forms and bid results can also be downloaded here. Bid openings dates and times are listed in the bid advertisement documents listed below. The bid plan holders list will be updated regularly until the bids are due. The projects are arranged from most to least recent.

WWTP - Wireless Internet Antenna Tower
Bid #2012-06

The City of Woodburn Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Wireless Internet Tower project consists of the design, engineering, and construction of a 120 ft. self-supporting antenna tower with a five foot mast extension as well as supplying and installing wireless equipment both on the WWTP Tower and and on the existing City of Woodburn Police Department monopole tower.

The City of Woodburn will receive sealed bids in writing from qualified contractors until 3:30 pm, Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the City Hall Annex, 190 Garfield St., Woodburn, OR 97071 for the City of Woodburn WWTP Wireless Internet Antenna Tower project, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud to all in attendance. Bids receive after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. All Bidders shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 279C.840, Oregon Revise Statutes or 40 U.S.C. 276a.

The First-Tier Subcontractor Form must be submitted in a separate envelope within 2 (two) business hours of the advertised bid closing date at the same location as the bid opening.

Leasure Street – Hwy 214 Waterline Loop

Sealed bids for the construction of "Leasure Street – Hwy 214 Waterline Loop" project will be received by the City of Woodburn, OR at the City Hall Annex, 190 Garfield St., until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 2012 and will thereafter be publicly opened and read.

Proposals shall be addressed to the City Engineer, City of Woodburn,190 Garfield St., Woodburn, OR 97071. Bids shall be submitted in a plain sealed envelope bearing the Bidder's name, the name of the project and the date and time of the Bid opening, and shall be clearly marked "Bid No. 2012-05", and Bidders shall indicate on the Form of Proposal that "Bidder will comply with the provisions of Chapter 279C.840, Oregon Revised Statutes."
