The Police Department Records Division is open 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for legal

Procedure for Obtaining a Police Report
A written request for police reports must be submitted to the Police Department to obtain a police
report. The police department supplies forms for Request for Police Reports for citizen convenience.
Request for reports will be handled in the order they are received. Reports will be mailed to the
requestor as soon as possible, within five to ten working days.
