Woodburn Community Access Television
City Council meetings are broadcast on Woodburn Community Access TV (channel 5). The meetings are broadcast live every second and fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. and then from tape at other times during the following week. WCAT also offers:
- Discussion programs with the Mayor and other local officials
- Live performances
- Stories about your Library, Parks, Police, and Public Works Departments
