Planning Division

The Planning Division administers development guidelines and standards that maintain and enhance the livability of our city. We are located in Room 5 at City Hall (270 Montgomery Street).

Planning Division staff are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to answer questions by phone at (503)982-5246, or in person at City Hall.

Some of these files are fairly large, and are offered individually below to reduce the amount of time necessary to download and view the figures. The largest of the files have the actual file size listed to the right; the two files in bold red are very large, and we suggest that only those with high-speed internet connections attempt to download these. Most of the files are detailed maps, and can be viewed in fine detail using the 'zoom' tool in Adobe Acrobat, which can be found on the Acrobat toolbar and looks like a magnifying glass.
