City Recorder
The Woodburn City Recorder is Christina Shearer. The Recorder provides administrative support to the Council, Administrator, and
Department Managers in the areas of records management, elections, risk management, and special projects. The
Recorder also supervises the publication of public notices. The City Recorder can be contacted at (503)982-5210, and is located at City Hall
(270 Montgomery Street).

To search for a specific Ordinance please click on the link below. This link will take you to the City’s Public Records Archives. Once there click
“Public Access” then choose “Council”. You then have the option of choosing to look for Ordinances and Resolutions.
