ASSOCIATION BUILDING

The Request for Proposals for the acquisition and redevelopment of the Association Building closed September 22, 2014.  The Association Building is an iconic, 10,000 square foot, two-story building, owned by the City of Woodburn, and is located in the heart of the historic downtown at 347 N. Front Street.  Redevelopment of the building is seen as a catalyst for the downtown and the Agency is eager to find the best use for the building.

The Agency seeks to revitalize the downtown historic district by attracting new development that complements and enhances the downtown and community as a whole.  It is the Agency’s objective to find a use that takes advantage of the building's central location, attributes, and community identity.

The Agency is committed to the successful redevelopment of the Association Building and is offering a range of possible incentives, including grants, loans, and sale or donation of the property.
